1. About SIVT

SIVT operates an accredited ICT vocational training programme based on the Swiss Federal curriculum, leading to a recognised ICT qualification.

2. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to scrape data.

3. Applications and Admissions

Submitting an application does not guarantee admission. SIVT reserves the right to accept or decline applications. All information must be accurate; false information may result in rejection or cancellation of enrolment.

4. Tuition and Fees

Fees are published on our Pricing page and denominated in Swiss Francs (CHF). SIVT reserves the right to adjust fees with reasonable notice. The one-time examination fee is CHF 3,000 (CHF 1,500 reimbursed upon passing).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website is the property of SIVT or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without prior written permission is not permitted.

6. Limitation of Liability

SIVT provides this website "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
